The Frankfurt Suite consists of a total of eight movements, named after well-known places in the Main metropolis. Historical observations such as the revolution of 1848, the student revolt of 1968 or the old Jewish quarter flow harmoniously into the work and leave audible traces: a kaleidoscope around Frankfurt am Main. The suite is composed in a sophisticated way, but is full of good-sounding melodies – one of which is even dedicated to the Frankfurter Eintracht football club. Overall: Great fun for six saxophones of all voice ranges.

„Brass Serenade- San Francisco“

It has 7 parts and the instruments are:
trumpet 1, trumpet 2, French Horn in F, trombone & tuba.
Not for beginners but for an advanced brass-ensemble.
Written in 2023 in Washington D.C.

„This suite is fun! There is a lot of color change: from melody leading instruments to the tutti solo passages. You can hear a touch of medieval to pop (Dock of the Bay) and even jazz. Some phrases and endings are surprising and imaginative. They break through expectations and provoke a little – a personal touch from the composer. Some passages are a challenge for the player. „Diese Suite macht Laune! Es gibt sehr viel Farbenwechsel : Von Melodieführenden Instrumente bis zu den Tutti-Solopassagen. Man hört ein Hauch Mittelalter bis Pop (Dock of the Bay) und sogar Jazz. Manche Phrasen und Endings sind überraschend und fantasievoll. Sie durchbrechen Erwartungshaltungen und provozieren ein bißchen – eine persönliche Note des Komponisten.
